International Congress “Umana al-Rusul” to Be Launched in Honor of Martyr Nasrallah

Qom– The opening ceremony for the call for papers of the International Congress “Umana al-Rusul” will be held at the World Assembly of Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT), dedicated to commemorating the martyr of resistance, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.

Hawzah News Agency- the launch event for the international congress “Umana al-Rusul”—a special program honoring the martyr of resistance, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah—will be held under the title “Islamic Unity and Resistance in the Thought of Martyr Nasrallah (with a focus on the strategic capacities of Hormozgan Province).”

The ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, from 4:00 p.m. local time, and will be hosted by the World Assembly of Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT) located on the Islamic Republic Boulevard in Qom.

The event will be attended by a group of distinguished scholars from the seminary, the representative of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Hormozgan Province, the Friday prayer leader of Bandar Abbas, and the governor of Hormozgan Province.

The congress aims to highlight the strategic role of Hormozgan Province in advancing the discourse of Islamic unity and resistance, while examining the intellectual legacy of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, who was assassinated by the Israeli regime in a brutal airstrike on Beirut’s southern suburbs in September 2024.

Sayyed Nasrallah, who led Lebanon’s Hezbollah resistance movement for more than three decades, is widely regarded as one of the most prominent figures of the Axis of Resistance and a staunch advocate of Palestinian liberation and Islamic solidarity.

The international congress “Umana al-Rusul” (Trustees of the Messengers) seeks to institutionalize the principles of resistance and unity among Islamic nations, drawing on the strategic vision and sacrifices of martyrs of the resistance front.

Further details regarding the submission of papers and participation in the congress are expected to be announced during the opening ceremony.
